Price Options
Flowers:
We modify the original arrangement, as
shown in the picture, by reducing or
adding more of the same types of flowers
to the arrangement - this slightly
changes the price to accomodate the
customer's needs. We provide you with
three choices for ordering floral
arrangements:
- Reduced -
The floral arrangement is
designed as shown in the picture
with less fillers, greens and
stems. If a vase is included the
type of vase may also vary.
- Regular -
The floral arrangement is
designed as shown in the picture
with slightly less fillers and
greens. If a vase is included
the type of vase may also vary.
- Deluxe
- The floral arrangement is
designed as shown in the
picture.
Plants:
We modify the original arrangement, as
shown in the picture, by reducing or
adding more of the same types of plants
to the arrangement. We provide you with
three choices for ordering plants:
- Reduced -
The plant will be smaller than what
is shown in the picture or will be
in a less decorative container and
will reflect the dollar amount that
is listed in the reduced price.
- Regular -
The plant will be smaller than what
is shown in the picture or will be
in a less decorative container and
will reflect the dollar amount that
is listed in the regular price.
- Deluxe - The
plant will be as shown in the
picture.
**when no
price option is listed - the flowers or
plant that is shown in
the picture is what will be sent to the
recipient**
Our Substitution
Policy
Will the delivered
arrangement look exactly as the picture
that is shown online?
Occasionally it is necessary to
substitute flowers due to variations in
supply across the country. We strive to
retain the value and the integrity of
every item chosen, paying particular
attention to colour scheme.

When you order one
dozen roses you will always receive
one dozen roses. When we describe an
arrangement with roses, this item
will arrive with roses.

Roses, in particular,
are not substituted as they are
deemed critical to the value and
integrity of the item ordered.

Note that teddy
bears/plush animals, chocolates and
balloons may vary regionally across
the country.

All arrangements are
also subject to and will reflect the
price option chosen.
